Yes, I’m over-leveled, but I don’t think that means you should take the game away from me because of it. I play as best as I can, and I don’t have a Mirror or even a Divine. At least let me scrape together some Exalts instead of shooting me in the knee and forcing me to crawl in poverty until I match the area level. Maybe I’m a weak player, and you went ahead and choked me even harder. What’s the point of “balancing” the appearance of mechanics in the ACTS when people have already been playing for three days? Is it so weaker players don’t have too much fun — God forbid regular working people actually enjoy the game? I may be wrong, but I noticed the vault did not appear once and on a map I have failed before. Perhaps this is linked, and if true I don't know if this is a feature or a bug.

But “locking out” mechanics because you failed it in the acts is complete nonsense, and it shouldn’t work like that.
Why are you choking weak players this hard? |

Now in the Acts you can’t re-enter the Vaal mechanic multiple times and use a portal to exit quickly. And there was no warning that you wouldn’t be able to re-enter — if you introduced something like this mid-league, it should at least show a warning once.
I honestly don’t understand — do you have some checkbox that says the player must not be comfortable and have fun but should be squeezed as hard as possible? Why is there so much pressure in the Acts? The mechanic is already trash — at best you’ll barely pull out 30 exalts if you’re extremely lucky (and next time lucky room will be deleted), and on top of that you need to charge it for 6 maps, while other mechanics can be scaled to drop 1 divine per map (according to streamers, of course). Personally, out of 20 Vaal Temple runs I got 30 exalts once (cultivated vaal cur), and the rest of the time it was 1–2 exalts. Why are you further ruining the “quality of life” of a mechanic that’s already not very good? |
