Unable to play poe2 since the druid league launch

i've been able to play the game since 0.1 no issues but this league i have not been able to play at all i've tried every single solution. Clearing shader cashes/integrity file check gfx update windows update reverts etc etc.

this is what keeps happening i made a character i load in and unable to move and then disconnect to main menu everytime no matter what server i'm on.

as i said this only happend this league i haven't had a single issue before it would always work perfectly.
