Why am I losing DPS when equipping gloves on Wyvern? (I FIXED IT)

Is this a bug?
I take these flat ele gloves off and my DPS goes higher.. I equip flat phys gloves and damage goes up..

edit: And again.. maybe flat ele was acting wierd before but here a CLEARLY better ring and it loses me about 30% of damage.. wtf?

edit: It seems you need to WAIT.. 10 seconds.. and then it will display the REAL dps... what the actual??
