A wrath Sceptre Fulmination skill + Thunderstorm skill with shock conduction II support gem BUG. CRASHES PC 100% of the time.

So I have a wrath Sceptre on my off-hand and it has the Fulmination skill buff
whenever I cast Thunderstorm my pc crashes. But when I unequip the wrath sceptre there is no problem.


My Thunderstorm skill has Shock conduction II, coursing current, static shocks, pinpoint critical.

My Fulmination skill has no support gems. Just empty sockets.

Any help would be gladly appreciated. Thank you.
