Asynchronous trading and Currency exchange unavailable

Hi!

I'm getting the following error when entering my hideout;
" This hideout instance no longer allows trading. please re-enter the hideout to create a new instance"

and therefore I don't not have the NPC "Ange" allowing me to do trading/currency exchange :(

I have tried;
1. changing hideouts - didn't work
2. different character (from the standard league) - it works just fine for it but not for the new characters from the "Vall" league.
3. Uninstalling and Reinstalling - didn't work

Please, help a fellow exile!

4. New character - still no Ange :(

Looks like an account wide bug
