Soft lock on Act 4 solo

If you kill the First hand whilst you are dead, the game enters a bugged state where it thinks you haven't yet beat the boss but that you also have. It soft lock, or hard locks the game and wont let you pass this checkpoint. Reseting to previous checkpoint doesnt work and reloading game doesnt fix issue either. Bug Report ID: #717654880
