PS5 Stuck on loading screen with all characters

I haven't been able to play this game since the previous big update. Any character I would try to play would go into the loading screen and eventually time out. I've tried other characters, creating new ones, rebuilding the PS5 database, changing the gateway, re-syncing the PS5 data, renewing the license, and even deleted my characters and reinstalled the game fresh. I created a new character, the cutscene plays of them escaping and jumping into the water, then comes the loading screen for the Riverbank and it stays here for minutes until it times out. All other games on my console have no network issues and run great. Sometimes I get lucky and the Riverbank loads, but as soon as I enter another area requiring a loading screen it does the same thing all over again. This game is amazing and I assumed whatever the issue was would be fixed after nearly 6 months of not being able to play; however, I've tried every fix I could find and I feel I might be SOL until the official release. Any additional help will be much appreciated.
