Wyvern devour & Sacrifice not functioning

Wyvern's Devour skill lists "devour a corpse or cullable enemy..." and Sacrifice lists "undead reviving minions can be used in place of corpses..." but with Sacrifice active in both weapon sets, I can't devour my skeletal minions. Tried with the rattling sceptre minions. The sorceress' new ascendancy skill that lets you turn corpses into beetle minions however does function to consume the skeletal minions for beetle minions with Sacrifice.
