Jewel Bug

I have a timeless jewel with increased projectile damage from small passive skills that is causing tooltip to show less dps. The skill tree shows the increased projectile damage on the nodes. I have a second jewel with same mod that results in increased dps so it doesnt seem to be an issue with the mod not applying to my weapon type.
