Item is shown to be ignored without proper reason

Hello,
I am a user in standard league. After newest update, I found some of my items are showing in the description as "You cannot use this item. Its stats will be ignored." without proper reason. When I pull out the item and put it back, time to time it works. But every moment of entering new instance or changing item or changing gem, items turns into red, showing the same message, ignoring items' function. Last bumped on Dec 17, 2025, 10:00:17 AM

most likely it is due to lack of int/str/dex requirement.

I swear the game sometimes just wakes up and decides my gear is decorative. One zone change and suddenly my item is like nope I live here for vibes only. Pull it out put it back like you’re rebooting a toaster and it works again until the next instance.
