Lunar Blessing cold damage buff does not work in other forms

As title says, the added damage as cold buff from lunar blessing does not work if you use it then shift into wyvern form.

Nowhere on the gem does it reference that behavior - the moonbeams are specifically werewolf only but the buff itself should work no matter the form.

Something somewhat similar is the lightning damage buff from rend, which does work in werewolf form.
