Loading times are crazy this league

Is it just me or are loading times crazy with the the new league?
From character selection screen to the map used to be around 30-60 seconds for me.
Now it takes 4-5 minutes. Super annoying.
Do you guys have similar issues?

Very similar issues, yes. And even though loading takes ages, the game fails to load all content so not all mobs or enemy attacks are even visible.

Have the Same issue it seems to be worse on PC than on console, playing with a friend who Has the game on the PS and He is way faster on the map than I have ever been on in the previous Patch. So far I have always loaded faster than He did.
Besides that waiting for what feels like 5min after character selection to get in the actual game is something New to this Patch too.

Try remove shaders. Overall on nvme I have 1-3s to load

idk man, i can be in the game within 20 seconds i think. have had 0 issues with loading times.

however i have encountered constant crashes tho

Yeah I have 0 issues too, make sure your drivers are the latest, loadtime will be long for the first time after a video driver change (switching to/from DX12/Vulkan causes it too), but it should be quick after. If you have a 4GB videocard there might be issues not fixed yet.

Just wanted to follow up: Not sure if it is because of a patch or because i deleted the shader cache and increased cache size in system settings. But im back down to 20-30 seconds. Yay :-)
