Teleport disabled Vaal Ruins after patch??

Since the 0.4b patch, I can no longer use Teleport in the Vaal Ruins. Before the patch, it worked fine. Is this an intended change or a bug? I couldn’t find any mention of this in the patch notes.

Yeah same here, and honestly if this is intended it's a horrible idea. Can only take out one inventory of weapons from clearing all that junk, plus I wasn't able to close the ruins after my run.
