lost item via game freeze

Hi, i found a good item which i lost on game freeze, is it possible to getthat item back? I have also a screenshot from drop, but the game freezed and i couldnt loot.pls give me an email or something to Show you the Screenshot.

Item was pest finger gauze wrap. I dont know if it worked with add a picture

Unfortunately, GGG never restore lost items under any circumstances.
