undying hate jewel

undying hate time lost jewel keystone passive does work properly the ( sacrifice of blood keystone ) doesnt regenerate correctly. i know it wwas reduced by half but the numbers dont relect that its doing about 1/10th the out put it used to do. please look into that. i do agree it should of been reduced but not to 0
