Spirit bug?

Good morning,

I seem to have lost my spirit? By default, after clearing acts 1/3 you should have a basic amount of 60 spirit but I only have 30. And when I try to activate my barksin it says I don't have any. I tried adding one of my amulets with 21 spirit just to see if it would go up and it doesn't even move from 30. I only use Barksin and Herald of Ash but neither work. And my Herald doesn't work anymore and the quicky fix of the two buttons for weapons is now red and cannot be clicked on.

I do have both acts cleared and was fine on Sunday evening but come Monday morning, I suddenly lost these abilities. Anyone have any ideas?

Things I have tried:
Rerun the bosses x2
Taken off all gear
Taken off all Gems
Swapped to multiple weapons
Swapped other characters (other characters are fine)
Swapped different spirit gems (issue still occurs)
