Couple of bugs with Offerings

There are a couple of things related with offering skills:

* New lineage support (Guatelizti's Ablation) only generates power charges once (and should generate them every 4 secs). If you have 2 spikes, it generates 2 power charges after 4 seconds, but then stops generating more (text indicates that should be every 4 secs)

* If you cast an offering while holding Trenchtimbre in main hand, and then you use a Shapeshift ability (from wolf for example), offering is automatically destroyed. That doesn't happen with a magic mace for example
