Spell Idea: Contamination

Basic Idea.....

This Spells is a phys-type spell. it kinda works like EDC.

Once you hit an enemy the Skill has a chance to apply a random DOT (Ignite/Bleed/Poison) onto the Enemy. On killing blow, the Enemy releases a Nova around him applying that DOT to other Enemies.


so yeah its also a bleed spell :)
