Vaal temple stuck and not updating

The console says room 3/12 cleared. Cannot click run temple. left temple to go to stash and crashed, logged back in and could not re-enter, no portal to return, and previous run is locked in as on going. No end run button, and returning to the temple via way point takes me outside to console room.
