NPC Balbala trial of sekema

Hey, i cant open shop from balbala on trial of sekema, dialog window close 0.1sec after i click on her( ctrl+left mouse also dont work) if i hold ctrl+left i can see her offerings but instant when i stop holing any of buttons shop window disaper
