Shade Walker + Mana Siphoner is ridiculous

Combining both of these mods on a mob is a terrible combat experience as a Werewolf. Its silly we get gatekept from finishing an abyssal depth due to these mods.

Don't forget about the desecrated ground effect too
Meanwhile ranged characters play an entirely different game |

Agree. I started the league as a Druid, quickly got reminded about what a terrible and punishing experience melee combat is, and switched to a poison Pathfinder. Most rare monster modifiers are just too punishing for melee.

" Yes, this one is deadly. Like I can see the huge Blue or Green Circle. I can play around it. But those TP + barely visible ground effect that deal a shit ton of damage + make you unable to heal is... Diabolical. I mostly die because of this affix tbh. :P Last edited by Djirane#4170 on Dec 16, 2025, 4:03:50 PM

Shade Walker is actually the reason I stop playing druid. It actually ruins my gameplay experience so hard. Everytime a rangemob spawns with it, stands in the cloud, shots out of it... nothing I can do. Everything on the map is easy to do, don't have to look at my healthbar, those mobs are harder than every boss, actually impossible to kill. And I'm not building glasscanon, I like playing lower damage chars, but being more tanky, so I can play the game slower.
I love werwolf, love the design, but it feels like it's not made for this game. Often it feels they only have range chars in mind. |
