Frankfurt server massive problems :(

Tryed to switch to Amsterdam or London but somehow PoE allways opens instances @Düsseldorf/Frankfurt.

And no, it is NOT MY PC!
Mid day or in the morning I have constant pings of ~15ms and 80-100 FPS!

But in the evening starting from around 20:00 Berlin Time the spikes begin. Jumping from 15-250ms and often no reaction at all where my "top" ping till now was 75000ms (YES 75 K ms!).

Funny part: the next map has constant 15ms again when PoE does not try to open the instante @Frankfurt/Düsseldorf.

Is there any way to EXCLUDE spezific game servers? Like blacklisting an PoE instance server IP?
