Trade Website not linking with Account

After the latest patch, my trade website won't show trade history or allow me to travel to player hideouts. This appears to be an account linking error as it states I have to be in the game, and won't let me chose the correct league drop down. Been 48 hours, any ideas?

Note, I have logged in correctly with matching PS5 account.

Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
