Arbiter T0 can it be re-opened?

I guess the Arbiter is bugged.

Spent the entire day finding the keys to open this, now can not clear. It seem to be bugged when you do too much damage, and it throws two or even three! mechanics at the same time.

Pretty much always killing when the spheres and the large beam come together.

Apparently not a bug, just the mechanics, which you can also skip...

Quite difficult mechanic for controller, just saying.
