Certain character is unable to use left mouse click

My season character which is JaeHawk, unable to use left mouse click on the game. But the others are able to use it as normal. Only this character can not. I believe since I bought some customs items. Can you pls check? I do not understand how come ONLY THIS CHARACTER CANNOT USE MOUSE LEFT CLICK... I AM IN PANIC.

My new char couldn't even enter Clearfell because of this. Great game.

And also, just like OP, it's just one character having this issue. Newly created sorc. Other chars work fine.

Found a reason why I couldn't enter Clearfell from the Encampment.
I hadn't inserted the 1st gem/skill reward. So, after I clicked it and equipped the gem/skill, I was able to enter Clearfell. So, even if you have gems tab full of usable gems and skills, you need to do that first. Smart? o_0 |

yes, equipping crossbow cause this problem. When I off the crossbow, left mouse clicks works. But since I am using crossbow. I can't play game anymore.
