Where can I see how many Empowered attacks I have?

I swear to god that several months ago there was a couple week period where there was a counter on the lower left of my UI that kept track of how many Empowered attacks I had stocked up. I haven't seen it since. I haven't noticed any UI options that I have to enable to get it back, but I may just be ignorant here.

Where did it go and how do I get it back? That was really useful.
