Server issue erasing temple progress

>I was running vaal temple.
>Server lags.
>gets kicked out of the temple.
>I log back in to try again thinking it would have saved progress in the temple.
>ooopps try again after 6 red orb thingys.
>proceeds to erase few rooms.
