Flame Breath not spending rage

I am having a bug where flame breath does not spend rage at all, and only ever lasts the initial 4 seconds. It's worked that way since I unlocked it. I don't have another character high enough level to test if this is a bug specific to this one toon, or universal for me.

are you using mouse movement? if so it doesn't work because as soon as you try and move it cancels the channel.

I'm running into this issue also. Build up the rage and when I cast Flame breath the rage meter doesn't move and the duration is less than 4 seconds. I use mouse but its the same whether I move or not.

for me this fixes bug:
Hold the skill button without moving your mouse or clicking.

After this, the skill works normally even in motion.

Apparently the point is that you need to hold the button the whole time, otherwise only the "free" time works. This was not an obvious point for me.
