extremely long load times upon first loading almost any area

this never happened before. i am on a laptop and i would load in to any area in under 5 seconds before, and even faster once it was loaded. now it takes minuets. i just had a 8 minuet wait time to load into an area with a group. wtf , undo what you did and make it load fast again. i had used 2.4 gb before of vraam and it was not an issue. now it uses up to 7gb of vram and i am not certain if that is an issue. but i gets stutters from time to time when i die and load again the area. and these damn long load times in general.
