Bugged charged staff and talisman interaction

Using consume on wyvern to gain power charges and heal then changing to quarterstaff to use power charges for charged staff.

If I've already used charged staff and changed back to wyvern, the affect (charge staff) still runs on in human form, despite being in wyvern. So once I change back to human for the second time, the buff is still timing down and if its still running and I go to refresh the buff, the projectile on charge staff doesn't activate. the lighting damage buff is still there but there is no projectile coming out of the staff.

1. Charge staff affect should deactivate when i change weapon
2. It being left on and rebuffing deactivates the projectile but leaves the damage

note: if i dont reactive/refresh the buff the affect is the same. Buff is on but no projectile.
