Early access on different account

The situation is that I bought a game for Xbox and Steam for one account, but now I would like to play on another POE account on Xbox with my friend. In this case, do I need to buy a new game on the new Xbox account for this POE account? Is it possible to transfer early access from a Microsoft account to another account?
