Corrupted Nexus Boss Not Spawning

I noticed if you die on the map boss and respawned the corrupted nexus boss will never spawn in. Do not know if that intended but running a map with 4 modifiers grants 3 revives so I thought it would be assumed it would be the case with spawning in the boss. I have lost 3 corrupted nexuses this way due to ill timed rolls in T15s. Anyone else have this happening ?

EDIT: Looks like this has been an issue for many months that has never been addressed from previous Bug Reports.

Just posted the same bug report a few minutes after you haha... and came to the same conclusion.
