PC powers off during zone transitions (most often Vaal Temple → map)

Hello,

I’m experiencing a critical issue in Path of Exile 2 where my entire PC powers off instantly during zone transitions via portals. This can happen in normal portals, but it occurs most frequently when exiting Vaal Temple (new league mechanic) back to a map.

This is not a freeze or standard crash. The system shuts down immediately as if power was cut. No loading screen appears and there is no BSOD.

Frequency
- Intermittent (~1 out of 20 transitions)
- Most commonly: Vaal Temple → map
- Rare in other zones with mitigations applied

What happens
-Use portal / exit zone
-PC powers off before loading screen
-System can be restarted immediately
-Windows Event Viewer only logs “The system shut down unexpectedly”

System
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT
PSU: Corsair RM850x
OS: Windows 11
System is stable in stress tests and other games.

Mitigations tested
-Clean reinstall + cleared shader caches
-Vulkan renderer and DirectX12
-FPS capped to 120
-Light GPU undervolt
-No overclocking
