Controller Double Tap Suggestion

Hi, I've had this idea as an option in the controller settings for a while now. Not sure if it's been suggested by anyone else and if it has, my bad. I think that holding LT for a second skill bar is great, but I would love an option to say double tap LT and then have that skill bar stay on screen until you double tap again. Definitely not a necessity or anything, I just think it would be nice to have.
