Problem with bots

I started playing PoE in Season 2. I really loved the game, especially Season 3. But this season is absolutely terrible because of the BOTS!!! The developers don't care about bots! It's impossible to buy anything on the website, so why even bother with a website with online sales? (Answer for a bot competition). I literally spent a couple of hours in real time trying to buy things – they were already sold out before they appeared. My reaction time was fine, and when I managed to enter the hideout, the goods were already gone, even though it only took milliseconds. I personally know someone who has a PUBLICLY AVAILABLE bot on four accounts and hasn't been banned in two seasons!!! I have friends who use an open map, meaning they can see everything without the fog from the start. The developers don't care about regular players, so why play? Today I deleted PoE 2 after 800 hours of play...
