POE2 - Crashing within 10 minutes

Hello, I'm relatively new to the game. I haven't played POE2 since January this year, where i played without any issues.

Wanted to check out the game again and I cant play for more than 10 minutes without the game crashing to desktop without any error messages. I can see in the performance tracker ingame that there are big spikes on the white line when the game starts to stutter, sometimes it recovers but others it crashes. Cant replicate an exact scenario either, sometimes its on main menu others while trying to play.

I've been looking around different forums and tried a bunch of different solutions:
-Verfifying gamefiles
-Switching DX and to vulkan
-Disabling multithreading
-Putting every graphical setting to the lowest possible setting
-Disabling Nvidia DLSS and reflex
-Disabling discord overlay
-Tried Poe uncrasher

In the logs these two lines repeat with every crash
[INFO Client 4712] [JOB] Irrecoverable Exception Callback: SET
[INFO Client 4712] [CMD][Unrecognized] --nopatch

Is there anything else i could try to fix it, or is this a "wait for a patch type of problem"?
