too many on death/ ground explosion !

Please for the love of god

Remove some of the ground explosion and on death monster explosion stuff

i Feel like 95% % of my death is always ... some random bull**it exploding even when there is no monster around...

i am not asking you to make them easier to see , just straight up remove some of those they feel so bad in a game where you can see anything most of the time anyway so why having those ... it just frustrating rip over and over again .

Frustratin stuff that should not exist!!!
