Flamewalker, Frostwalker, Stormwalker Notables and Catalysing Elements support does not work!!!

I am currently attempting to utilize the Flamewalker Notable passive with the following effects:

40% reduced Magnitude of Ignite on you
Gain 15% of Damage as Extra Fire damage while on Ignited Ground

To trigger this, I am using Birth of Fury, which has the property "Drop Ignited Ground while moving."

The interaction is completely non-functional. Despite clearly dropping and moving across Ignited Ground generated by the boots, the modifier to Gain 15% of Damage as Extra Fire Damage never triggers.

I attempted to research this before posting and found a thread detailing this exact issue from MONTHS AGO. It received ZERO replies and was completely ignored: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3860154

The fact that this interaction remains broken months after being reported points to a larger, more concerning issue.

We have PAID to access this game in its Early Access state specifically to act as testers. It is incredibly disheartening and unacceptable that detailed bug reports are being IGNORED. If the genuine intent of this phase was to polish the game and fix mechanics, access should have been free to maximize player data and bug discovery.

Instead, the community has been charged for the privilege of doing QA work, only to be met with silence. Charging players to enter a testing environment, milking the fanbase for support, and then ignoring the very feedback we paid to provide feels exploitative. If you want us to help you build a better game, you need to actually respect the time and money we are investing to help you fix it.

UPDATE:

After further testing, it appears the issues with surface interactions are much worse than I initially thought.
It turns out that neither Stormwalker nor Frostwalker are functioning with player-created ground effects; just like the Ignited Ground interaction, these seem completely non-functional.
If the design philosophy here is that these interactions are only intended to work on hostile ground surfaces, please just delete these nodes from the tree and remove the associated gems entirely because nobody wants to spend passive points on such an astronomically conditional mechanic that relies on getting engaged with specific enemies.
In their current state, they are completely useless and a waste of Uncut Gems, Passive Points and player time.

I also tested the Catalysing Elements support gem with Tornado, and it straight up does nothing.
Tornado itself doesn't seem to be bugged damage wise with the ground effects but I can't say that with that much confidence after all of this.

Catalysing Elements is supposed to trigger explosions based on that surface interaction and it should be visible on the mob's HP when it triggers, because its a HIT.
It seems like the entire system regarding ground surface interactions is fundamentally broken right now.
