I am soft locked from progression!!!

I am playing on PS5 I'm in the act 6 interlude facing the final bosses and the two bosses won't come down from there alter and as a mandatory boss fight I can't progress to end game. Please fix it am playing the Druid ig that matters. I have tried everything possible from resetting, doing the temple over ext.
