Persistent buffs on hot bar.

Hi, hello,
Could you please allow assigning aura buffs to hot bars, so it would be possible to toggle them on/off.
Why would i want this? Some auras have active sound and visual effects to them (for example Time of Need). It would be nice to have an ability to toggle them with quick hotkey, instead of need to open skill menu, scroll down to aura in question and then toggle it.
