wrong steam acc

Hello
I need some help. I buy early access POE 2, didnt noticed that i got old steam acc linked to POE acc. After I get redemption code I used it on new steam acc. So now - I cant log in to game client bcs I dont have early access and i cant use code on old steam acc bcs I already used code. I contacted support via email, they told me to use some codes in game. Sure, how? How can I log in when I cant log in. WTF is this BS. I got rly shitty internet so DL anything took ages. Now I dont know what to do? Can I get some help other than "log in game and do..." or can I get refund for purshase since I cant play game anyway? Last bumped on Dec 17, 2025, 4:06:33 PM

Hey there, regarding the verification codes we require, this can be done via Path of Exile 1, or Path of Exile 2 - in this case if you are unable to access Path of Exile 2, could you please attempt this via Path of Exile 1?
