Transcension Device Option Duplication

I was beyond excited to get my first Transcension Device and obtain a Limb Modification...

Until I activated it and got the following options:
-25% evasion
-30% evasion
-8% cast speed
-7% cast speed

Since my options were duplicates of each other, I only had 2 mods to choose from. My build does not use evasion or cast speed.

I recommend ensuring that each mod is unique. Duplicates of different magnitudes makes it too likely to walk away with nothing after all that careful planning.
