Temper Weapon and Tempest Bell causing crashes

Tempest Bell occasionally crashes the instance when empowered by Temper Weapon and rolls back any progress. Another bug that occasionally happens is that the explosions from Temper Weapon seem to hit the bell along and activate itself causing a massive explosion instakilling bosses
