[Bug] Cast on Elemental Ailment + Fireball - "Missing skill in socket"

Issue Description: I am reporting a persistent bug with the "Cast on Elemental Ailment" Meta Gem and Fireball. The UI displays "Missing skill in socket" and the skill cannot be triggered, even though Fireball is correctly socketed.

Critical Details:

1. Persistence: This issue persists after restarting the game and relogging. It is not a temporary client-sync issue.

2. Character Death: The issue remained even after the character died. The state did not reset.

3. Context: I had been using this setup successfully for the entire day. The error appeared suddenly and has not gone away since.

Verification Done:

- Confirmed sufficient Spirit (no over-reservation).

- Confirmed all Attribute requirements (Str/Dex/Int) are met.

- Confirmed correct Weapon type for Fireball.

- Tried re-socketing both the Meta Gem and the Fireball gem multiple times.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Use "Cast on Elemental Ailment" with "Fireball".

2. Observe the persistent "Missing skill" error that survives both character death and game restarts.
