shred + volcanic eruption broken

found a bug with shred and volcanic eruption that makes volcanic eruption break and no longer function.

if you hold down your shred button and then start walking with it after there are no targets, the next time and any other time after that volcanic eruption no long makes projectiles when hitting ANY target
