Ball Lightning + Lightning Warp Feels Awful /Glitched

There is for sure something wrong with lightning warp and how it targets where you can teleport. I throw out my balls of lightning into a group of mobs or a boss and lightning warp feels like it is targeting the mobs over the balls of lightning and doesn't do anything. This makes the whole build pointless as that is my main source of damage and clearing. I have to throw out my ball lightning early in front of a group of mobs and teleport to them before the targeting gets all screwed up. It has something to do with monsters getting in the way on screen because in my hideout or a clear area the abilities work just as they should with no issues at all.

Hopefully this gets fixed soon because I don't really feel like creating a new character and restarting this early into the league since there are plenty of other games to play at the moment instead of replaying through the content that I just grinded out. The build feels amazing when it works properly that's the sad part lol.
