Druid - Tornado Now Working Correctly - Especially Cold Ground

I can get the Tornado to pick up lightning Consistently. But Not Cold, I have tried Ice Nova and Eye of Winter, both with Frost Nexus Support, but nope - the Tornadoes do no pickup the Chilled Ground Effect at all.

A few times I have gotten it to pick up fire, but can not replicate effectively 100%.

The only thing I see it pick up 100% is the Lightning from Wake of Destruction Boots.
