Forge Hammer - Infinite Ancestral boost

Pre-requisites:
Forge hammer (any level)
- Fist of War (any level)
Any other slam gem (any level)
- Fist of War (any level)
Titan ascendancy
- Ancestral Empowerment

Repro Steps:
1. Use forge hammer to trigger the ancestrally boosted cooldown
2. Use other slam skill to trigger the ancestrally boosted cooldown & Ancestral Empowerment passive
3. Notice Forge Hammer no longer triggers the ancestrally boosted cooldown, and will always trigger the ancestral boost when used

Note: Using the other slam skill at any point breaks the infinite boosted status
