Savage Fury not giving buff IN BEAR FORM(WITH VIDEO PROOF)

Title is exactly as it sounds, I started using savage fury last night wanted to give it a try, started noticing I would be gaining fury, I would use ability, fury gets consumed, but receive no buff, I use 1 human warcry so I kept telling myself I must be changing to human form at some point and cancelling it out

Well as this video shows thats not the case, While slamming a boss, if I pop savage fury, I get no buff, I reach 100%, pop it in the video, and theres no buff and I move cursor over it to show

please fix, would love to use this spirit gem but can't for the time being, no one else is reporting similar issues so wtf am I doing that others aren't????

Update, Savage fury takes time to cast... can be cancelled out with slam and other skills... use savage fury and wait a second before any other skill

may be a bug idk
