Server-Crashes/Server-Lags

Please, dearest Team-GGG,

it's now the 4th or 5th day in a row where there are countless Server -or Game-Crashes while playing the campaign (mostly Act 3 and Act 4 so far, first two Acts worked just fine); besides the visual artifacts in Ziggurat Encampement and Kingsmarch Town (only those two Maps, rest works just fine), it's unbelievable annoying two get kicked every few minutes from the Server, doesn't matter if Frankfurt or Milan or Amsterdam, they all work like S**t.., to be honest.. not just the last days, this goes back way further..!
but today is PEAK ANNOYANCE... unplayable state if it goes on like this.. for gods sake, please do something before the holidays start, then it's too late ;-)

besides that, just love both of your games, keep it going!!
